Welcome to CLEEN Auto-Care Pvt. Ltd. ("CLEEN", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website at cleencar.in or using our services — including car and bike cleaning, chauffeur services, and any related offerings — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before booking or using any service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a booking, submitting an enquiry form, or otherwise using CLEEN's platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

CLEEN provides doorstep vehicle care services, including but not limited to:

• One-time and subscription-based car and bike cleaning
• Monthly and annual wash plans
• Chauffeur and driver-on-demand services
• Vehicle insurance facilitation (where available)

Service availability may vary by city. CLEEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by CLEEN. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified during checkout.

CLEEN reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.

Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once the cycle has begun.

5. Data Collection via Booking Forms

When you submit a booking or enquiry form, we collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and service location. This data is used solely to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Contact you regarding your service appointment
• Send service reminders and updates
• Improve our service quality and customer experience

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our platform or services
• Treat CLEEN staff with respect and professionalism

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the CLEEN website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of CLEEN Auto-Care Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEEN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

CLEEN is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, traffic, or force majeure events.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEEN, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

CLEEN may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
